STEP 1
FREE CONSULTATION
To start you will sit down with one of our experienced coaches who will help guide how we can best help you reach your goals. This process usually takes around 20 mins after which you will be given the option to attend a class if one is readily available or book a future session with us.
STEP 2
BEGINNERS CLASS
The Basics Class consists of three 1 Hour sessions where one of our coaches will analyze your physical abilities and give advice accordingly. If you are already experienced in CrossFit you can skip this process and join a membership program after consulting with one of our coaches.
STEP 3
MEMBERSHIP
We currently offer two types of plans. “Unlimited” and “Twice a week”. Unlimited allows just that, unlimited use of our box within the timed plan you choose. Twice a Week is for users who only wish to workout any two days a week. Click the link below to see all of our options.
