TIME OF DELIVERY OF GOODS
After the prescribed procedure (after approval for use in the shop), the card can be used immediately.
For merchandising, if the purchase is made in-store, it will be handed over to the customer on the spot.

Returns and exchanges
The membership fee paid cannot be refunded for any reason. Refunds in the event of withdrawal or expulsion from membership will be in accordance with the membership terms and conditions of the facility.

Returns and exchanges of goods will only be exchanged if the goods are defective.
